All meal plans are controlled for sodium and are below the USDA recommendation of 2,300 mg per day. All amounts are average per day:

1,200 calorie Balance and Vegetarian = 1,600 mg
1,600 calorie Balance = 2,000 mg
Balance-Diabetes= 1,400 mg
Keto-Carb30= 2,100 mg

Note: Sodium levels are based on averages and can vary based on your personal meal selections and substitutions.
